If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied , and provided that the goods are unused and in the original packaging we are happy to provide an exchange or refund when returned within 14 day. See further details in FAQ’s.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How long will it take dealing with Returns?
Once we have received your return we aim to deal with it within 3-5 working days. Please remember that it may take a few days before you see the refund in your account.

How do I Return or Exchange Faulty Items?
Although this is rare, it can happen.

If you have identified the fault within 14 days of purchase can you return the item under normal returns procedures for an exchange or full refund.

We refund any postage on faulty items.
